Michelle Ingraffia

Regional Director of Clinical Partnerships

Michelle was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and has worked with adolescents and adults within the mental health field in her home state of Illinois for many years. After graduate school, she started her career as a Behavioral Health Specialist at a residential treatment center for women seeking care for a wide variety of mental health needs. She then transitioned to the role of Aftercare Specialist where she developed a love for working hands-on with clients, their families, and treatment teams to secure comprehensive care after residential treatment. Following her aftercare role, Michelle went on to work as a school administrator where she developed trusting relationships with local professionals to help students work toward their goals and find success. Connecting individuals to much needed and individualized support has become a core feature to Michelle’s professional work. Throughout her endeavors Michelle has realized that the key to being successful in serving others is to truly listen to their issues, wants, needs, and goals, sometimes instilling hope and motivation when it may feel lost. Michelle is excited to support the Selah Eating Disorder Network’s mission by helping individuals achieve long-term recovery from eating disorders.
