Flexible Recovery Programs for Long-term Success

At Selah House, we prioritize higher levels of care and a clear step-down process to ensure clients never feel abandoned after returning home. Our programs range from intensive hospitalization to semi-structured treatment plans, allowing clients to practice recovery in real-world settings.

Each program is tailored to meet individual needs and includes a variety of therapies — both individual and group — that contribute to overall health and wellness. We provide specialized treatment for women and girls battling anorexia, bulimia, and other co-occurring disorders. Your path to recovery is our commitment.

A key to sustained eating disorder recovery is a comprehensive step-down plan

Selah offers multiple levels of care, from partial-hospitalization support to full-time residential treatment, and a step-down process for a stable transition into aftercare. All programs are individualized and set up by our team to meet the unique needs of each of our clients.

Inpatient Treatment Program

Our Inpatient program adapts to the specific needs of each woman and girl at Selah House in order to best lead them to full and lasting recovery. Care is 24-hours per day regarding medical stabilization, weight restoration, and psychiatric support. A variety of individual and group therapies contribute to improving the overall health and well-being of each client.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is our lowest level of care and offers an excellent step-down option from a higher level of care or an alternative for clients who require a lesser intense care option than hospitalization.

Understand more about the signs & symptoms.

Anorexia Nervosa

Anorexia is a psychological disorder which can produce many medical problems. It can also be considered “out-of-control” dieting.

Bulimia Nervosa

People with bulimia binge uncontrollably on large amounts of food and then purge the calories out of their bodies through vomiting, starving, excessive exercise, laxatives, or other methods.

Compulsive Exercise

Compulsive exercise is also known as exercise dependence, exercise addiction, obligatory exercise, exercise abuse, and anorexia athletica. However, compulsive exercise does not have to signify an eating disorder.

Otherwise Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders (OSFED)

People with OSFED have some but not all of the symptoms of anorexia or bulimia.
